This listing is for a Glamour by Terani Couture 2 Piece Beaded Prom Dress / Gown which is actually two distinct pieces. There is a long full tulle skirt in silver and a short crop top with a nude beige backing fabric and extensive beading. Both are stated as size 6. It is 100% polyester and yes it is hand wash only. As I said it does still have the tag but one thread on the manufacturers label has come free.
The beading is excellent and has lots of small silver beads and clear stones. The skirt is 100% polyester and yes it is hand wash only. It does not have any tags and has 2 minor issues. Firstly the thread on the manufacturers label has come free in one spot and second the bar of the hook and bar closure needs to be resewn. I measured the waist of the skirt and it is approx 27.
Would work for 26-28 inch waist. I would guess this set may never have been worn. It may be a store return or something like that.
